I LOVE custom orders! Most of my items are able to be customised, however; if you do not see exactly what you want then please get in contact and I will do our best to accommodate your request.
For custom orders you will receive a design proof via email for approval or edit requests. You must respond with an approval before I will finalise your order. YOUR CUSTOM ORDER WILL NOT BE PRODUCED UNTIL I RECEIVE WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM YOU!
All wedding stationary and invitations design proofs will either be sent by email for approval or shown to you in person. A sample invitation will be sent out to you for approval before manufacturing begins.
Once I receive confirmation, the order can no longer changed or cancelled.
Due to the personalisation of each product all items are designed and made to order. This of course takes time to produce. Most products .are ready to dispatch within 2 week. Please remember to allow for adequate shipping time if you are ordering items for gifts or an event.

I accept returns of non-customised and personalised items only, You must notify me within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Return items must be IN THEIR ORIGINAL UNOPENED PACKAGING AND BE UNUSED. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded and there is a 15% re-stocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping charges and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment upon receipt of the items being returned.
I do my best to represent colours accurately, but due to monitor or device differences, some colours may appear slightly different in the final product. Please feel free to contact me for additional photos if needed.
